1. Services

Qubek Technologies provides software development, web design, mobile application development, digital marketing, and related technology services. The specific terms of each engagement are outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Qubek Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a project initiation fee followed by milestone-based payments. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qubek Technologies' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
